Finally found a flip clock in the original Hawaii Five-O TV show in Season 9 Episode 1 - "Nine Dragons"
The clock can be found on the desk of D.W. Blake - Chief Superintendent of the United Kingdom CID (Central Intelligence Division) in Hong Kong in 1976 (played by David Tomlinson - most notable for being in the movie, Mary Poppins).
The clock is a Tokyo Tokei "Bell Alarm Clock."
Tokyo Tokei brand was owned by the Tokyo Watch manufacturing Co. in (which arose in 1951) and was backed by the Orient Watch company in 1975 and onward. In 1983 Orient Watch company faltered and in 1984 Tokyo Tokei was liquidated.
The word "tokei" means clock or watch in Japanese. The symbols used in Japanese for tokei are 時計 and consists of the symbols for "time" and "measure.
