Like restoring caridge clocks.
Concentrating on platform escapement repair .I'm surprised no one has marketed a repair kit .The nature of automation ,CNC etc .
With enough heads together an business plan could it be done .
I was successful in repivoting a balance staff , but haven't gone further.
Could the whole platform be optimized ?
I have several German clocks , with hollow balance staffs held in by wire? Etc. Probably not feasible ?
