I've been a collector of various things, but vintage, antique and classic are my favorites. Things with some history that you can learn about. I doubt I'll retain a majority of what I learn, but in the moment it's enjoyable learning.
I picked this Panasonic Cameron RC-7469 up in a local goodwill for $18.99. Honestly, while I liked it being old I wasn't into flip clocks and really didn't even know that was a thing... if that makes sense. It was just an old clock radio and while it was cool, the price I felt was a bit steep. My wife plugged it in and tested it to see if it even worked and several weeks later here I am!
My goal is to learn, gather parts and restore it as good as I'm able so that I can enjoy it.
