Hello All,
My name is Andrew and I'm writing from LA. I'm a amateur machinist and love to build and repair things, mostly in my machine shop.
Two weeks ago, my wife asked if I could repair her Waltham Ballerina Wind Up clock. So, I took it apart and quickly found myself on eBay looking for parts. Doing that, I noticed many clocks for sale in need of repair for good prices. I started with a Linden wind up clock (see below). It wasn't working, but just needed some cleaning and oil. It came out pretty nicely.
My second project is an orange Sankyo 101. It's a 120V 60Hz motor, which isn't working well. I will seek help in the repair forum.
I'm excited to join the community.
Thanks!
