Welcome to this forum! You have a gorgeous clock there! You are best off to open up a topic on your clock in the 'flip clock restoration and repair' section, to get some tips to try and fix it yourself.
I live in Europe and am happy to look at it, but perhaps it is something very simple, which you can do yourself...
