    Introduction, petervv from the Netherlands

    hi all,

I'm a Pioneer collector from the Netherlands and after a search of 10+ years I found a JT-215a flip clock audio timer, I actually found the Japanese version, PP-215a, and not one but two!
Unfortunately one is 50Hz and the other is 60Hz. The international version JT-215a has a mechanical switch to change a gear for 50 or 60Hz operation.
I will open a thread in the repair forum to get suggestions where to look for a second 50Hz motor.

    kind regards, Peter

    Hello Peter,

That is a very nice vintage stack! I too am a Pioneer/Kenwood (Trio) collector. I also perform restorations on audio gear along with all of these funky flip clocks Welcome!

        Hi Peter,

Welcome to the forum and what a nice stack you have there! Not sure if my wife would allow it in the living room, but I sure wouldn't mind.

If you open up a topic on your clock and give us some specs on the motor you need, you might be lucky...
