    US Copal motor voltage

There has been discussion in the past about whether Japanese Copals need to be run with a 120-100v voltage reducer or not in the US. I know that my 100v labeled clock motor has a lower resistance than a 120v motor, which would make sense.
I'm wondering what's up with clocks labeled like this?

The 80-120v range is pretty large. Does anyone know what the motor winding resistance for a clock labeled like this?

Never seen such a thing. Interesting.
