How rare is the Copal 702

i was wondering if anyone could let me know how rare the Copal 702 model is, additionally; this model has white flip cards and dials with black digits on. I would also love to hear from anyone who could tell me more about the history of this model.
    Many Thanks
    Kind Regards

I found the following picture with a google image search. I've never seen one myself. Rarity doesn't always translate into the clock being more valuable, unfortunately. I would think that a collector with a focus on Copal flip clocks would be very interested in that clock. The problem is, connecting up with that person.
It'd be great if you submitted pictures of your clock here .... love to see it.

By the design of it (the seconds wheel in particular), it looks like it's a very early model Copal.

If you are interested in eventually selling it, I'd consider posting it in the forum under clocks for sale and leaving it there for a while. To get top dollar you need to wait for that right person. It'd sell on eBay for sure, but one recently only sold for around $30.00 there.

Stephen. I merged the two topics regarding the Copal 702 since they are essentially the same. You can stop by from time to time to "bump" the topic back up to the top by posting in this topic to try to get people's attention in the hopes someone will have an answer for you.

These clocks were mass produced in the 1970s. None of the clocks, even the esteemed Solari Udine Cifra 3, are really rare by any standard. For example, while many call the Cifra 3 the "Holy Grail" of flip clocks (which I think is silly) I own 3 of them because I'm a collector. So really even they are not that rare. And you can still find them regularly on eBay. The question is therefore not how rare a clock is, but how much collectors want it. No offense intended, but the Copal 702 is simply not that sought after.
There is no database on numbers of these clocks produced. You're probably only going to get opinions, which is about as good as it will get probably. But good luck any way! It'd be great if some resource was found by someone here.
