Of course there was an off-white incandescent in the original, but in fact, I'm pretty sure they did amp up that clock with LEDs - Which I'm perfectly fine with. But what many people don't know is that one of the clocks they made for the home flipped from 5:59 to 6:00 to 5:59 an so on. It made it much easier to shoot all the takes as you can imagine.
