Copal UX-920 wall clock in Japan

I'm tempted to put in a bid, although I suspect it will go for (a lot) more than what it is at right now. It is absolutely a quirky clock and not something I have seen before. The issues with the flaps as (very correctly so) shown in the photos is worrying. I expect it can be glued to make it hold and perhaps even strengthened, but at some point in time this will cause bigger issues...

Has anyone seen this model/type of clock before!?

I also noticed this one. It is pretty rare and cool! The flips of this clock are not in a good shape.

Yeah, this went for 460 euros, fees not included. That's above my paygrade and also above what I am willing to pay, I do not have plans (yet anyway) to become a Copal collector
