Adjust the hour advance timing of copal flipclock movement

    Hi all,

I have a copal flipclock movement like the photo.

Here is a problem that the clock hour will not advance at the point of 59min to 00min,
it will advance at the point about 14min to 15min. Dose anyone know how to adjust it ?

    Thanks,
    Eathan

Does a hour tile drop as the clock goes from 59 to 00?
I understand that it's not advancing, but I need to know if any tile drops.

I remembered one tile is dropped at the point from 59 to 00. I can check it again later.

I don't know if this will help but we just have to see.
See if it makes sense to you.

If it's not clear, advance the minutes digits to 00 before you return the metal hold back.
This won't work if the minutes digits do not flip easily. Make sure the motor has been removed.

NOTE: When I say advance the minute digits by hand, I mean press lightly on the bottom portion of the number, this should rotate the whole wheel, you don't try to flip them down individually.

Let us know how it goes.

Finally I took off the screws off to pull out the left hand side part of the clock movement, and reassembled it again. Then the hour advanced correctly.

Then I reassembled the clock radio, Pioneer Separate Radio R200.
              Here is the video clip.

              Thanks
