How to "Clean and Lube" a Flip Clock

I always cringe when I read a description on eBay proclaiming that the flip clock on auction has been "Cleaned and Lubed." Please, keep your lube off my clock.
Here's a short video tutorial dispelling all the mystery about all this "Cleaning and Lubricating" going on out there.

I know you don't have time Mackey, but it would be nice to see you do a video like this start to finish from taking it apart, cleaning it, then putting it back together. I like watching you do this kind of stuff

I could do that. But it might get boring. I hate taking the RC6015s apart because they can be brittle. I could do the white version (the RC-6010). As I'm sure you know, it's exactly the same. I could even soldier in a new light. But man, that's going to be long.
I'm kind of in the mood for that stuff though..
      We'll see.

I just totally completed a full restoration video. It's in four parts but I'll put them into one video once their all uploaded. Man, that was almost like work.
