Wynford Hall Digital Clock Radio

Restoring a Wynford Hall Digital Clock Radio (unsure of the exact model), and wanted to see if folks could help me identify suitable replacement bulbs for it, specifically for the bulbs behind the tuner display. Also, assistance with finding replacements for the black rubber rings that hold those bulbs would be appreciated.

If anyone could identify the model, that would be great too! I’ve seen this same model before, just with the Hitachi brand instead of Wynford Hall.

Looks like the model number for the Hitachi version is KC-770E:

For anyone working on this model in the future, I found that the Memotronics NE2H C2A bulbs with resistors worked well as replacements for the clock bulbs.



For the tuner bulbs I used 12V G4 bi-pin base bulbs, also from Memotronics.



And lastly, for the rubber rings that hold the tuner bulbs (known as grommets), I used Hillman 1/4 in. ID x 9/16 in. OD x 1/4 in. rubber grommets, purchased from Tractor Supply Company.



I was able to get ahold of the original service manual for the KC-770E as well, and I’m glad to share info from that should you need it.
