Limitime Model C11 runs slow - any suggestions

Hola all! I have my grandfather's Lumitime Model C11, which I've carried around since he died in the early 90s. All is in good working order - lights, dials etc - except it runs very slowly. It loses at least an hour a day. Any suggestions for when I open it up? Appreciate all the help.
