Grayson Bank Clock - Repair Help

I've just purchased (yet to take delivery) of the above.
    Condition is 'not working'.
It could be a G225/G226/G231 model (won't know til I receive).
Just wondering where to start to identify fault?
And, where to source replacement parts (from the online photos the casing is chipped and the screen looks scratched and both would benefit from being replaced)?
Any early advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in anticipation.
    Steve.

    Hi Steve,

How did you get on with this? I've recently purchased the same clock in your profile picture in an auction. It's losing time by not performing the flip every minute although I can hear the motor moving on time. Any help would really be appreciated!!
