I have a sony digimatic lifetime with a wood grain finish that i would like to repaint. the top casing is easily removeable so it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle. my main question is does anyone have any experience with repainting the faux wood grain? did you start by sanding it down and then repainting? Would love to be able to give this clock a modern look.
