I bought a flipclock in juli 2019, the Karlsson flipclock XL, whit with orange letters. The clock is lagging. I first thought it was the battery, but a fresh pair did not help. I would like to repair it, but do not know what the problem could be. Does someone know what to do

Hi and welcome to our wonderful forum!
I am not familiar with modern flip clocks. Would you be able to post some pictures of the inside, specifically of the drive motor which drives the clock/flaps?- Translate

If you bought it new it could be worth contacting the place you bought it from, for support as well. I think these have a limited 1 year defect warranty, perhaps you might have more options if you are in Europe?- Translate

Unfortunately the warranty just ended. I get a 2 year warrenty, but the clock is 2 years and 1 month old.
See here the inside of the clock. There is not much to it, only a small engine. I cannot find anywhere online where I can buy a replacement.
It must be the engine, since there is not much more to this clock.1 Photo- Translate

From the pictures it is hard to tell what is going on. When the clock is lagging, what 'could' be going on is that one of the gears inside the motor has lost one or more teeth which would result in the clock giving unreliable time.
I would try reaching out to the supplier/manufacturer to see whether they might be wiling to supply you with a replacement clockwork, albeit for a payment.- Translate
