I think I could have managed to operate it without instructions, maybe even in the day
But reading the features has raised my appreciation for this "truly modern" clock. Especially the absence of the "tick-tock" sound that allows "a wakeful person to relax in silence" is a benefit that is easily overlooked nowadays
