Hello guys.
Need to make up some space. Selling the clocks I don't need or use. I prefer to sell them as a lot. They MUST GO (wife said). Price is negotiable. Willing to take a trade for another flip clock (just 1 maybe)
Price is $120 + shipping or best offer
1.Magnavox 1R1736 radio alarm flip clock. Made in Japan.
Everything works. All lights and Radio and the alarm buzzer works. Its pretty clean and smooth. The main bulb is the normal dim due to age but all others are bright. Reason I am selling it because its not my cup of tea. Prefer something less space age
Seth Thomas NO.881 NOS. Real wood (sturdy) and real aluminum. This clock is really pretty and clean as it was NOS in the box when I got it. Last year I let it run for few days and it was really good. Then I put it in the box and away. Now I put the batteries again to test it out and it worked for like few minutes and stopped. No idea why. I am really sad. This is the clock I wanted to keep forever but cant fix it. I opened the rear cover just to see and its really clean, nothing stuck on the gears. Please do not worry, I did not attempt fixing it or messing with it of any kind because i know it won't go well. All I did it take a glance to see if something obvious is there. I left it for whoever can do that. I am sure must be possible more than not. Very sad to see it go
.
Copal 602: This clock does not fully work. It will turn the wheel but wont flip. The mechanism is smooth when turned by hand but wont work for some reason.
GE The Great Awakening 7-4885. This is not a flip clock. Bought NOS from Goodwill last year and worked perfectly for the first few seconds. Then the radio stopped. It must be something due to age but i have no idea what is it. Seen a tutorial on youtube on this exact model and how to fix and refurbish but I did not attempt. I figured I might post it together with the lot because whoever knows how to fix the flip clocks might know how the fix this one and enjoy it. Much better than sitting in y shelf and doing no good
This GE - C1400A Beige is also not a flip clock but is still cool. Pretty dial and keeps time and the radio works. Its cleaned in and out. Plastic is in good condition. The face plastic is slightly scratched but will polish out if you try. Its like a gift I am throwing in as I have no room for it
