Yes it was a very tough project and I still haven't finished not happy with certain aspects of it ....i had to colour the digits with an permanent neon pen by hand without going onto the black.

just got to cut off some strips so it's not so bright so far looking good ...........oh and straighten up the black1 Photo

It seems real promising. I've ordered some myself to put in a Copal 705L. It has the same bulb as the Panasonic RC-7462 (Panasonic Part Number NL80T8B).
Some of the LED strips claim a 30,000 hour life which is about 3 times as long as standard lighting.

there we go much better ,,polished screen warping all gone made a new face plate the led not permanent waiting for UV (aka blacklight) lights to come
