Seiko QN407R run fast

Hi all, l have a Seiko filpclock (QN 407R). It uses 1.5V battery, it runs fast, somebody know what wrong it is?
is it like a watch needing overhaul?

Hello:
This is of course a Japan domestic model. The Japanese text reads ;
(White text on Black) "Setting the time: Turn while lightly pushing. When pushed the clock will stop, and will start again when released.
(White text on Red) "Alarm Time setting"

Hi Bambi01, yes, l know how to set the time, but the time is not accurate & runs faster, so l want to fix it.

Maybe it's tuned for 50hz, is it close to 6/5=20% too fast?

You says there's a battery backup , does it run well on battery?
