Panasonic RC-7469 replacement knob

I just bought a Panasonic RC-7469 . The knob to turn the radio/alarm on and off seems to be missing a black plastic piece. The one I have is a silver metal all over, but the ones I am seeing online have a black cap. Is there a place I can order a replacement cap, or is there a cheaper clock out there I could buy to harvest this knob off of?

Looks like the black cap was lost off your knob.
The place you're describing, to get parts is eBay. Outside of eBay and this site right here ... there's no clearinghouse for old flip clock parts. I'm sure you probably know that but, worth a try. Typically people post their requests and maybe one of us has one.

I will look to see what I have.
