You need 12V 50mA 5.5mm diameter bulbs with leads. They look exactly like the original when you add a little white shrink wrap to them. Miniatronics is the brand I use. They can be found here:

I have never seen any of the later model panasonics (RC6030, 6040, 6025, 6010,6015) with white wires to the bulbs. The white shrink wrap is only about 8mm of white shrink wrap tubing near the blub.

            The bulbs arrived this morning.
            Both clocks now fully working.
BIG thanks to Mackey for all your help and advice.

I know this is an old thread, but has anyone bought these in bulk (seems like you can only buy packages of 10) and doesn't have 10 clocks to install them in? I could use one to repair a 6015 I just picked up, just don't feel like effectively paying $25 for one. Would obviously pay someone for their bulb and trouble.

Man, Thanks for letting me know this. I evidently bungled up some settings on the forum. I think it's working now. If you don't mind, please check it out if you get a chance.
You're bulbs will be in the mail next week.
                    Thanks!

I'm able to reply to PMs now which is good. I'll look to see if I get an email when someone replies to this thread now.
