The clock appears on the cluttered desk of Sherlock Holmes near the end of the episode, "Dead Man's Switch" after Dr. Watson states, "Look at the time, happy 'real' anniversary." - referring to Sherlock's one year anniversary of sobriety. Holmes looks up from tattooing his right forearm, followed by an isolated shot of the the clock displaying 12:07 pm on a cluttered desk. Curiously, it seems the writer or director of this show was trying to convey that a new day had started, but they show the clock at 12 pm vs 12 am. This seems to be a TV show mistake since it's unlikely someone as precise as Holmes would have his flip clock set 12 hours off the actual time.

Something else. Sherlock has the radio set to AM. The station currently set in that area would be 1190 AM WLIB - Gospel, inspiration and information station.

But even if it were set to FM - that would be 103.1 FM WJUX - The Bridge - Christian Radio. Just curious.

Flip clock fans will note that this particular clock is also known as the "No Country For Old Men" flip clock, for it's appearance in the 2007 movie of this name, starring Tommy Lee Jones.
